City of Edinburgh Social Work - City of Edinburgh Social Work will demystify social work referrals for care packages, social care direct and the local area co-ordination team
Edinburgh College - Edinburgh College provides courses that are specifically designed for school pupils with additional support needs or learning barriers who are beginning to explore life after secondary education. These courses provide a gentle, supportive transition into the college environment, allowing students to build confidence while staff assess their suitability for future college programs.
ARC Scotland - Improving transitions for young people with additional support needs and their families. Who we are for: Anyone that wants to improve transitions for young people with additional support needs in Scotland. This includes people who work in education, social care and health services as well as young people and the adults in their lives.
Meet Our Exhibitors and Information Stands
Access to Industry - Edin Me - EdinMe is a Service for young people aged 16-21 (25, if care experienced) with emerging and entrenched mental health issues impacting their progression towards sustained education and/or employment. Through 1:1 appointments, the project supports young people in improving their mental health and wellbeing, resulting in their progression onto positive outcomes.
The Action Group - In Edinburgh we offer our full range of support services, from Housing Support and Care at Home, to Day Services and Holiday Hubs.
All in Edinburgh - Supported Employment for people who have a disability or long term health condition in Edinburgh. If you have a disability or long term health condition and are interested in finding a job and keeping it, we can help.
Barnardo's B-Empowered project is a partnership with Barnardo's Works designed to support young adults who have additional support needs. Helps young adults with additional support needs build vital life skills, confidence, and readiness for employment or further opportunities
Edge Group - Based in Musselburgh, Edge Group Scotland delivers specialist supported day programmes for young adults with learning disabilities, who are autistic and/or have other additional support needs (ASN) with a care package.
Enable Works - We provide a variety of work programmes, training and resources to help jobseekers with learning disabilities. We also help employers looking to benefit from hiring a more diverse workforce.
Independent Living Fund Scotland - ILF Scotland provides funding support for disabled people in Scotland and Northern Ireland. We distribute public money from the Scottish Government.
Into Work - We help disabled and neurodivergent people and those with long-term health conditions find, build and maintain great jobs.
Teens+ - We believe that everyone has the right to further education, regardless of need. We offer a unique educational service for young people with learning disabilities, complex communication needs, autism and its complexities, and behaviours that challenge services for young people that have access to a care package.
Upmo - We are an Edinburgh-based charity providing support and opportunity for adults with learning disabilities and autism with a care package.
