World of Work 

Our new S1s were introduced not only to their English classes this week, but also to the many opportunities that await them in their future careers. Our DYW link invited guest speakers from the world of Finance, Construction and IT, to help inspire our youngsters, and to highlight the importance of the English classroom and the need to develop our literacy skills, if we are to succeed in all future pathways. 

Our S1s loved learning about all the possibilities open to them not to mention the monetary advantages that can come with persevering in the subject of English.
