Our Equalities Team at St. Joseph’s Primary School
On Tuesday 3rd February, our dedicated Pupil Equalities Committee braved the elements and travelled to St Joseph’s to educate P6 and P7 on all things Equalities, including the importance of being anti-racist, the harms of misogyny, what neurodiversity is and how we can all support those who are neurodiverse, what LGBTQIA+ is and how we can support those who are part of this community, and why looking after your mental health is so important.
These pupils delivered informative presentations, with our school value of respect at the heart of every conversation. To their credit, the primary school pupils listened well and asked intelligent questions, making this visit a successful one!”
